I've mentioned on my facebook how much I adore Edna numerous times. Why she does not have some sort of acknowledgement like a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame astounds me. She was an integral part of Charlie Chaplin's early success, her mere presence allowed his character to evolve, become more romantic, caring, more 3 dimensional, while still keeping the best parts of the tramp intact. Their screen chemistry was magic.
